Delete Your Pact Account
You can delete your Pact account and its associated data at any time, using either method below.
Option 1 — In the app (fastest)
- Open the Pact app and sign in.
- Go to Profile → Settings.
- Scroll to Delete Account (in the Danger Zone).
- Confirm. Your account and associated data are permanently deleted.
Option 2 — By email
Email support@pactfitness.app from the email address on your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We’ll verify the request and delete your account.
What is deleted
When you delete your account, we remove your personal data, including your profile (name, email, date of birth, gender, height, weight), photos, location data, fitness goals and programs, matches, and messages.
What may be retained, and for how long
We may retain a limited set of records where required by law or for legitimate business purposes — for example, proof of age and legal-acceptance records, and information needed for fraud prevention, security, or to comply with legal obligations. Residual copies in our encrypted backups are purged within 90 days. Purchase and transaction records processed by Google, Apple, or our payment processor are retained according to their policies.
